Are you looking for a way to achieve personal growth, accelerate your career or improve your company's operations? Are you wondering how to unlock your potential? Professional coaching might be the answer. Learn what this process involves, how it works and which type of collaboration will be the most suitable for you.
Offer / Coaching
Coaching is an interactive and dynamic development process that helps individuals, teams and organizations achieve exceptional results.
According to the definition by ICF (International Coaching Federation), the largest global organization for professional coaches, coaching is:
"A partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on the past and counting deficits, or mentoring and advising, where an expert provides ready-made solutions, coaching focuses on the present and the future. It is based on the assumption that the client has all the necessary resources within to achieve their goals and the coach's task is to help them discover these resources.

The effectiveness of coaching arises, among other things, from its individual approach. Instead of universal advice, you receive space to independently develop solutions that you fully identify with.
Main benefits of coaching:
- increased self-awareness - you get to know better your strengths, values and beliefs (including limiting ones)
- clarity of goals - you turn vague dreams into specific, measurable goals
- breaking barriers - you learn to cope with stress, burnout and fear of change
- increased motivation - you build an internal drive to take action and take responsibility for your own life
- faster results - an organized process allows you to move more quickly from point A to point B
The key to success in coaching is understanding that it is a fully partnership-based relationship.
Coach's responsibility
The coach is an expert in the process and their task is to:
- actively listen deeply and ask insightful, open-ended questions
- create a safe, non-judgmental space for evaluation
- reflect, serve as a mirror and partner in shifting perspectives
- maintain the structure of the session to ensure it moves toward the client's goal
Client's responsibility (Coachee)
The client is the expert in their life and the topic they bring and their role is to:
- engage in the process and be open to exploring their own thoughts
- make decisions and create solutions
- implement agreements from the sessions into daily life
- take responsibility for the final outcome; the coach will not make changes for the client but will accompany them in the process.
The coaching process typically consists of a cycle of several meetings occurring every 2-4 weeks.
1. Introductory session (consultation) serves to check the "chemistry" between the coach and the client, define the goal and discuss the principles of collaboration, i.e., to contract.
2. Sessions, which last up to 60 minutes. The client brings the topic for each session and the coach leads them to new insights and action plans through questions and tools.
3. Time between sessions, where very often the "magic" happens. The client tests new behaviors and implements planned steps. This is the moment when the "drawers" opened during the session can lead to completely different conclusions than during the session. This is the moment when the effects of the session, which is a catalyst, become visible.
4. Summary which concludes the process, evaluates progress, and celebrates achievements.
Coaching is a broad field tailored to the specific needs of various client groups.
Focuses on personal life. It helps find life balance, build self-confidence, manage emotions, change habits and seek meaning. It’s an ideal choice if you feel stuck and need support in setting priorities.
Designed for individuals who want to consciously manage their career path. It assists with industry changes (career transitions), preparing for promotions, planning a return to the job market after a break and dealing with burnout.
Supports building healthy and satisfying connections with others, both in partnerships and in family or friendship relationships. It teaches effective communication, conflict resolution and boundary setting.
Dedicated to individuals in managerial positions. It focuses on developing leadership skills: delegating tasks, motivating the team, providing feedback and managing time and stress in a corporate environment.
A form of support for top management (C-level, presidents, board members). Sessions often address strategic thinking, leadership in times of crisis, managing the company’s vision and coping with immense pressure and the phenomenon of "loneliness at the top."
For entrepreneurs and business owners. It focuses on the development of the organization itself through the growth of its creator. Topics include scaling the business, optimizing processes, increasing profitability and building organizational culture.
A process where the client is not one person, but an entire group (team). The goal is to improve team dynamics, streamline communication, resolve internal conflicts and maximize collective effectiveness in achieving the company's goals.
