Offer / Mentoring
Do you feel that you need not only motivation but also proven knowledge from someone who has already walked the path you are on? Do you want to learn from the experiences of a practitioner and avoid costly mistakes in your career? Discover the power of mentoring, a relationship based on sharing knowledge that will help you reach the next level.
Coaching is a partnership relationship between a more experienced person (Mentor) and a less experienced person in a given field (Mentee). The main goal of this process is to support the Mentee in their professional or personal development through knowledge transfer, sharing real experiences and providing constructive guidance.
Unlike training sessions, which have a predetermined agenda for a group, mentoring is tailored to the individual. It focuses on your unique personal or managerial challenges and gives you access to expert know-how.

The effectiveness of mentoring lies in the fact that you do not have to reinvent the wheel. You gain a guide who understands the specifics of your problems from personal experience.
The main benefits of mentoring:
- transfer of unique know-how - you learn best practices from an expert
- time-saving - you avoid common mistakes of a novice manager
- broadening perspective - you view your challenges through the eyes of someone with many years of professional experience
- development of hard and soft skills - from developmental needs to effective communication and building mental resilience
- networking - the opportunity to leverage the Mentor's business contacts
The success of the mentoring process depends on the commitment of both parties:
Mentor's responsibilities
- sharing knowledge, personal experiences, successes and failures
- providing honest, substantive feedback
- inspiring and sharing specific, actionable solutions relevant to the situation
- asking questions that provoke critical thinking about business or career
Mentee's responsibilities
- proactivity, the Mentee comes with a specific challenge or topic to discuss
- openness to criticism and willingness to receive feedback
- implementing advice and testing new solutions in their work environment
- readiness to work hard on their own development - the Mentor shows the way, but it is the Mentee who decides whether to follow it
1. Needs analysis and contract - we establish what your goals are and what challenges you are facing and we define the rules of our collaboration. A starting point can be psychometric assessments that help diagnose your potential.
2. Regular sessions, lasting up to 60 minutes. During our meetings, we discuss your current case studies, analyze issues from your daily work and search for optimal solutions.
3. Practical tasks, unlike coaching, you receive guidance, readings or specific tasks for implementation.
4. Summary and evaluation which concludes the process, during which we measure progress and check to what extent we have achieved your professional goals.
Depending on what stage of your career path you are at, I propose two specialized areas of support:
Dedicated to those who want to consciously shape their career path. This is the ideal solution if you are facing an important career decision, planning a change of industry or want to prepare for a promotion. Together we verify career ideas, build your personal brand in the job market and prepare you for job interviews.
Created for current and future leaders, managers, and team leaders. Working with people is one of the most challenging business challenges, which is why this type of mentoring focuses on the practical aspects of leadership. Together we work on building leadership awareness and mental resilience, effective communication and task delegation, managing conflicts within the team and developing the soft skills necessary to be an authority for your employees.
Very often clients ask me what the difference is between coaching and mentoring. Here are the key differences:
Coaching:
- a coach does not need to know your industry, they are an expert in the process
- you find solutions independently through the right questions
- the focus is on unlocking potential and broadening the client's perspective
Mentoring:
- a mentor must have experience in your field, they are a subject matter expert
- you receive ready-made advice, know-how and examples from the Mentor's life
- the approach is focused on transferring knowledge and sharing experiences
If you know what to do but lack motivation or are blocked by beliefs or want to come up with solutions on your own, choose coaching. If you don’t know how to do something and need guidance from someone who has already been where you currently are, choose mentoring.

Who is mentoring for?
For ambitious professionals, leaders and managers who want to accelerate their development and are ready to draw from the knowledge of an experienced practitioner.
Will the mentor do the work for me?
No. The mentor shares knowledge and advises, but the responsibility for implementing solutions and making business decisions lies entirely with the Mentee.
How long does a mentoring cycle last?
Mentoring collaboration is usually a medium- to long-term process. It lasts from 3 to 12 months, depending on the complexity of the goals and the current challenges faced by the client.
