Decade of responsibility for others

 

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of managing teamsin international organizations from various industries.

The opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams has been a journey for me, one that has become a canvas for learning, growth, and discovering a profound impact on others and my own developmental path.

In terms of formal education, I am a graduate of postgraduate studies including Executive MBA and currently a psychology student.

Turning point: transition to empowerment

 

The emergence of deep awareness of empowerment was a turning point in my corporate career.

Thanks to a strong focus on development and autonomy of my teams, they were highly visible and appreciated in organizations.

When working with Clients, I focus on them, dedicating 100% of my attention and commitment, ensuring that our meetings are effective for them and that they gain maximum benefits from them. I accompany Clients in their development through coaching and mentoring meetings with the option to use reliable and effective tools that support Clients in building self-awareness, such as MTQ, Gallup, ILM72, and DiSC and in crisis situations related to burnout or job loss.
