my name is Aldona Gaudyn.

A Decade of Responsibility for Others

In the past decade, I have had the privilege of managing teams in international organizations across various industries. The opportunity to collaborate with diversed teams has been a journey for me, which has become a canvas for learning, development and discovering a deep impact on others as well as on my own development path.

As part of my formal education, I am a graduate of, among others, postgraduate studies in Executive MBA and I am currently psychology student.

The emergence of a deep awareness of the power of empowerment was a turning point in my corporate career.

With a strong emphasis on the development and autonomy of my teams, they became very visible and appreciated within the organizations.

During collaboration with Clients, I focus on them, dedicating 100% of my attention and commitment, ensuring that our meetings are effective for them, allowing them to gain maximum benefits. I accompany Clients in their development through coaching and mentoring meetings with the possibility of using reliable and effective tools to support Clients in building self-awareness, such as MTQ, Gallup, ILM72, and DiSC, as well as in crisis situations related to burnout or job loss.
