Offer / Gallup - talents and strengths
Are you wondering why you perform certain tasks with ease while others drain all your energy? The answer lies in your natural predispositions. The CliftonStrengths assessment, commonly known as Gallup's talents, is a powerful diagnostic tool that helps you understand your unique way of thinking, feeling and acting. Discover what talents are, how they support your development and why simply taking the test is just the beginning of your journey.
The Gallup Institute, after many years of research on human success, has identified 34 universal talents that describe innate behavior patterns. Each of us possesses all of them, but the arrangement of our top five or ten determines our uniqueness.
Importantly, talent in Gallup's understanding is not necessarily a strength yet. It is merely potential, a kind of diamond that requires polishing. Only when you invest time in your talent, gain knowledge and skills, does it transform into a real strength, meaning the ability to consistently perform close to perfection in a given field.
This tool is extremely versatile as it focuses on building self-awareness. In my practice, I successfully use it with various groups:
For individuals who want to manage their time better, increase their effectiveness and build authentic leadership. It helps in preventing burnout and strengthening mental resilience in the business environment.

Teams that know their talents work much more effectively. The Gallup diagnosis allows leaders to delegate tasks according to employees' strengths, improves internal communication and drastically reduces the risk of conflicts. It is the foundation for building a culture based on collaboration.
The teenage years are a time of difficult educational choices. Understanding their talents helps young people build self-confidence and consciously direct their development, while providing parents with valuable insights on how to wisely support their child instead of imposing their own often misguided expectations. This is not classic career counseling, but deep coaching based on strengths.

Focusing on what we are good at brings significantly faster and better results than constantly correcting our shortcomings. Understanding your profile allows for:
- better communication - you start to understand why other people react differently than you, which makes building relationships easier
- increased efficiency - you stop wasting energy on areas that are not your domain
- building self-confidence - you stop comparing yourself to others; whether your domain is building deep relationships, coordinating complex projects, influencing your environment or constantly striving for a goal, you learn that your unique set is your greatest advantage.
Taking the test online is just the tip of the iceberg. The generated report, although extremely detailed, is merely theory. The real magic happens during the discussion of your report.
By choosing sessions with a professional, certified coach, you gain a guarantee of quality and work ethics. What value does such collaboration provide?
1. Understanding the dark side of talents: talents can be immature and sabotage our actions; a coach helps identify these moments and teaches how to manage talents from their bright side.
2. Translating results into reality: the report won't automatically tell you how to resolve conflict with your boss or how to motivate your team; during the sessions, we align your talents with specific, current professional and life challenges.
3. Creating an action plan: together we design implementation tasks that will help you invest in your talents and turn them into tangible strengths, noticeable in your daily work, communication and management style.
Don't leave your potential in a drawer as an (un)read report. Find out how your natural abilities can support you every day.

Is it worth examining only the TOP5 talents or all 34?
Examining the TOP5 is a great starting point for everyone. However, if you care about a comprehensive understanding of yourself, managing the dynamics of all talents and consciously delegating what is at the bottom of your profile, it is worth investing in the full report of 34.
Can the test result change over time?
Our dominant talents shape in early youth and are very stable. Although the order in the top ten may undergo slight changes over the years, the core of your personality examined by CliftonStrengths remains consistent throughout your adult life. It is worth repeating the assessment when there has been a significant change in your life, such as the birth of a child, a role change, etc.
How many meetings are needed to discuss the results?
The minimum is one deep discussion session, which usually lasts 1-1.5 hours. From my experience, 1 hour is the optimal time for sessions focused on the TOP5 and with teenagers, while 1.5 hours is best for the full report of 34 talents and reports dedicated to Managers, Leaders, and Salespeople. The best results come from combining the discussion session with 3-5 developmental sessions based on the identified areas during the Gallup report discussion.
