What is coaching?

 

Coaching is an ideal development tool for people who don't like being told what to do by others.
A coach is not a motivational speaker.

 

It is a development process in which the coach supports the client in achieving specific goals. Coaching is not counseling or therapy, but a partnership in which the coach accompanies the client in discovering their strengths, identifying goals, and developing a strategy for action.

Trust, respect, and open communication play a key role in the relationship between the coach and the client. 

Almost every coaching session should end with an action plan for which the client is fully responsible.

 

Career coaching

The coach works with clients who are employed or run their own businesses. Together, we focus on the development of professional skills, work efficiency, business relationships, and the achievement of business goals.

Personal coaching/life coaching

Personal coaching focuses on private/personal development. The coach accompanies the client in discovering their own life goals, understanding their values and needs, and setting a course of action, as well as improving relationships. It is a form of cooperation for those who want to improve the quality of their lives, achieve harmony between work and personal life, and develop on many levels.

•    I care about the quality of my skills – I completed a course at the accredited Meritum School of Coaching
•    I do not judge my clients
•    I care about maintaining a partnership with my clients
