Regulations of the "Black Friday for Development" Promotion
§1. General Provisions
1. Organizer of the promotion: The organizer of the promotion is Aldona Gaudyn, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2. Name of the promotion: The promotion is named "Black Friday for Development" and is valid for purchases made from November 22, 2024, to November 29, 2024, hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period".
3. The promotion applies exclusively to services offered by the Organizer, specified in these regulations.
§2. Rules of the Promotion
1. The promotion entitles the customer to purchase at a lower price, according to the information provided on the Organizer's website https://towardsyou.pl/uslugi
2. The discount applies to the following services:
- Personal coaching, career coaching, coaching-mentoring session, mentoring session
- MTQ48, ILM72, MTQPlus, Everything DiSC – discussion of the assessment or assessment with discussion
3. To take advantage of the promotion, the Customer must:
- Make a purchase or reservation of the service during the Promotion Period.
- Enter the code BF24 in the reservation.
- Pay for the service within 48 hours of making the reservation.
4. Payment methods:
- via phone or
- to the bank account
- title of the transfer: Coaching BF24 - First and last name - reserved service date
§3. Conditions of Participation
1. The promotion is aimed at individuals who are of legal age and have full legal capacity.
2. The promotion is valid only for orders placed during the Promotion Period via www.towardsyou.pl and the booking methods indicated there.
3. The number of places or sessions covered by the promotion is limited and depends on the availability of services at the time of purchase.
§4. Service Delivery
1. Services purchased under the promotion must be delivered by February 28, 2025, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
2. In the event of an inability to deliver the service through the fault of the Organizer, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the service.

§5. Returns and Complaints
1. Services purchased under the promotion are subject to the general rules of returns and complaints specified by the law regarding online purchases.
2. The Customer is entitled to a refund in case of cancellation within 2 weeks from the date of purchase of the service. The refund will be processed within 48 hours from the moment the Organizer receives the cancellation notice from the Customer.
§6. Final Provisions
1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the promotion regulations in exceptional situations, provided that these changes do not infringe on the rights acquired by Customers.
2. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
3. Participation in the promotion is equivalent to acceptance of these regulations.
4. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable legal acts shall apply.
