**Training Scope:**

 

**Day 1 - 2h (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM):**

- how to prepare to initiate contact

- understanding key differences between people and why it is important to appreciate them

- how to build self-awareness that supports openness towards others

- what are the limitations in building relationships

- what are the supportive attitudes during relationship building

- how to initiate a relationship?

- remembering names - how to deal with it?

 

**Day 2 - 1.5h (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM):**

- how to provide positive and constructive feedback?

- how to receive feedback?

- how to build trust?

- managing conflict

- listening vs. hearing

- non-verbal communication

 

The first day of the training is dedicated to the first phase of building relationships from preparation to initiation.

 

The second day of the training covers issues that are useful during the course of a relationship to ensure it is satisfying.

 

During the training, I provide a dose of theoretical and practical knowledge as well as time for exercises that participants will be able to perform independently after the training.
