What is effective communication?
Effective communication involves conveying a message in such a way that the recipient understands the speaker's intentions. This process only makes sense if the message received is as close as possible in meaning to the message sent and encourages the recipient to take actions consistent with the sender's expectations (L. Kozioł 2005, p. 33).
