About me

I have 20 years of professional experience, including 10 years as a team leader.

I gained experience in international organizations. 

My key mission has always been to bring out the potential of my team

and preparing them for their next roles in organizations.

One of my values is development. 

For this reason that I made the decision to fully dedicate myself to work with people who want to grow in personal and professional areas, and to take up coaching, which I consider as a catalyst.

I have taken a course at a coaching school according to ICF standards and am in the process of preparing for accreditation.

I know from my own experience how much coaching and mentoring can help in both professional and personal development.

An individual approach is very important to me.

I don't advocate acting according to certain patterns, because everyone's strengths, values and needs are different.
